Silicone baking mat, also called silicone baking mesh, is composed of fiber mesh coated with food-grade silicone rubber.  As its unique advantages,  it has been widely used commercial kitchens and bakeries such as freezer, refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher. It has a more smooth surface than parchment paper or grease and withstand the temperature up to 280℃(500F), so in most circumstances, some people prefer to use it. For example, we can use the mats to bake any food without sticking.





The standard size for silicone baking mat is usually 16.5 in x 11.5 inches which is called home baking sheet. And other sizes can be customized specially.
